When you say "Somebody" are you saying 1 individual? Or "Some body", as in some group?

If strategy is best done collectively - i.e. not by one or a few people off to the side somewhere, then the latter makes the most sense. And in that case, Product and GTM (not necessarily just the heads of those groups) and any other relevant teams would work together to define how to tackle GTM. i.e. the integrated set of choices is defined by a team composed of those key individuals. Is that a fair interpretation?
