To be honest. There is little that AI could have done to speed that up. We travelled to company sites. We met with a lot of people. We discussed what we observed. We also had other work we were doing. That 12 week time span allowed us to do some amazing customer and market research that probably returned 100x or more to the company. I'm not exaggerating. I think the push to reduce time for research misses the point. It's not the speed of the research, it's the quality of the insights. And you can't rush that.
