Romain, this was not meant to be an all-encompassing article on everything Product Managers should do. It is intended on covering major (IMHO) areas of focus. e.g. metrics/analytics, leadership, communication etc. The vision/direction is part of leadership. The “fun”, IMHO is a nice-to-have. i.e. good if you do, but not an indicator of failure if you don’t.
