Hi Andreas. A Monte Carlo simulation is, IMHO, completely different than what these frameworks promote. I believe that MC has been used in Project Management for risk management for some time.
It *may* be helpful in some situations in prioritization scenarios, but it's unclear to me how one would show that it was beneficial, given it's difficult to A/B test that sort of thing. i.e. how would you compare the results with/without MC scenarios for prioritization.
To me, before going down that path, there's still a lot of work that should be done WRT business goals, strategy and decisions of what not to do, vs. having a. plethora of features to build and needing something like MC to make decisions.
