Andrea. I'm not dogmatic about this kind of stuff. Sure, the localization objective looks like an output, but that's what needs to be done. Is there another way to phrase it? Should we try to make it sounds like an outcome? It's the work that needs to be done. In the first case - i.e. Reduce onboarding, there are multiple possible ways to do that and it's a clear evidence based problem to address. In the second - localize - it's a task that must be completed to address the Biz Objective.
